Blue team @Purpleteaming

A squirrel and a fox sit across from each other in the forest. Both have clipboards. The squirrel's says "what we hit". The fox's says "what stopped us". A falcon swooping in is reading both.

Purple teaming is the practice of running red team techniques against blue team defences in the same room, on purpose, with people watching. This section maps that exercise to the Unified Kill Chain: initial access, persistence and exploitation, collection and exfiltration, such that both sides are working the same scenario from opposite ends.

The goal is not to win. The goal is to find out what actually works and what only looks like it does.
